Join Webacy as a Business Development / Sales Lead and help shape the future of blockchain safety. In this role, you’ll work closely with our leadership team to identify, engage, and close partnerships with leading blockchain projects, dApps, wallets, and protocols. As a member of our business development team, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding Webacy’s footprint in blockchain, driving revenue growth, and solidifying our position as the trust and safety layer for crypto.
We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of building relationships in the crypto ecosystem. If you’re passionate about making blockchain safer and have the skills to connect with industry leaders, this role is for you.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the blockchain, fintech, or SaaS space.
- Strong understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, including wallets, DeFi protocols, dApps, and layer 1/2 networks.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and partnership goals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into value propositions for diverse audiences.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales processes.
- Existing network of contacts in the blockchain and crypto industry is a significant advantage.
- Passion for web3, with a strong security-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential partners, customers, and enterprise clients in the blockchain ecosystem.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Webacy’s market reach and drive adoption of our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored sales materials, presentations, and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
